Ed Fiander
Ed is a senior executive with extensive experience in organizational and human capital strategic planning that results in culture change and transformation. Ed has been a presenter at many national professional association conferences, is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and has authored several articles for various trade publications.

Linda Rappaport
Linda has held several C-level positions over the last two decades. As COO for more than 10 years at JWG Associates, a recruitment communications agency, Linda helped to grow the organization organically to $150 million and then successfully sell the business to TMP Worldwide. At Webhire, a human capital management business, she was COO and focused on product development for the healthcare market, while reorganizing and training the sales team. Most recently, as chairman at RewardsFX, a rewards management company, Linda oversees all business operations.
